Darin Namken

Founder & President

Darin has been involved in sales and management since 1984 and co-founded Bulldog Media Group, Inc., in 2000 and CommissionSoup in 2001. He serves as president of both the companies, steering the mission and providing the future direction of the core vision of the company and specializing in new business development. Darin also co-founded and serves as CEO of Infotech Solutions, LLC, an information technology company with offices and a data center in Madison, SD.

Darin maintains an active role in the Madison community. He serves on the advisory council of Forward Madison, coaches youth basketball and works with the local economic development office and Chamber of Commerce to promote and develop the city of Madison. Darin serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of ECCO, Inc. and is currently serving as President of Madison Central Booster Club.

Todd Knodel

Founder & CEO

Todd holds nearly two decades of experience in the banking and internet industries. He is recognized for his role in the development of the online credit card industry and has held various banking positions including Vice President of First Dakota National Bank where he created and managed a successful credit card portfolio. Todd began his entrepreneurial career in 1996 forming Client Services, Inc., a bankcard consulting company where he successfully developed several online and offline bankcard programs. He continued that success co-founding Bulldog Media Group, Inc. in 2000 and CommissionSoup in 2001.

Todd received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Dakota State University in Madison, SD. He currently resides in Yankton, SD where he has been an active member of the community. Todd is involved with the United Way, Yankton Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees and Trinity Lutheran Church. He has also held various leadership roles on local committees, events and community groups. Todd is a former member of the South Dakota Bankers Association Credit Card Committee and received the Outstanding Marketing Achievement Award from the Independent Bankers Association.

Chad Ekroth

Founder & Director

Chad started his entrepreneurial career in 1998 forming CardNet, LLC, an internet applications collection company. Later that year, he co-founded OmniTech, Inc. where he serves as software engineer and manager. Chad co-founded Bulldog Media Group, Inc. in January 2000 and FOIL, Inc. in January 2003. Chad also co-owns Credit Collection Services, Inc., a 60 year old collection agency focusing on debt recovery for regional businesses, where he provides technology consultation.

Chad graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He stays active in the Yankton community through the Knights of Columbus, XYZ, Inc., Yankton Area Chamber of Commerce and YIT Pro Group. He also serves on Mount Marty’s Board of Trustees, Avera Sacred Heart’s Planning Committee, and is a member of the South Dakota BASS Federation and the Association of BASS Professionals.

Camelyn Sims

Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager of Bulldog Media Group, Inc., Camelyn oversees the internal departments and handles an assortment of company and personnel matters. Working directly with the President and Management team, she is involved in many of the ongoing efforts to promote company initiatives and advances and is responsible for managing several business development activities. Camelyn joined Bulldog Media Group, Inc. in May 2001 as an e-Business assistant and has since held various positions within the company including e-Business Account Executive and Quality Control Manager for CommissionSoup before being promoted to Operations Manager in December 2006.

Camelyn graduated from Dakota State University in Madison, SD with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and a Minor in Business Administration. She is a volunteer for Junior Achievement, graduate of the 2005 Leadership Madison program and serves on the Welcome team at her church.

Scott Delzer

Division Development Director
Infusion Strategies

Scott joined Bulldog Media Group, Inc. in 2000 bringing with him over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing. Since joining Bulldog Media Group, Inc., he has served in a number of roles including e-Business Product Manager and e-Marketing Account Executive for CommissionSoup. As Division Development Director of Infusion Strategies, Scott oversees partnership relations, lead generation, email marketing, and the web property promotions teams.

Scott is currently serving as the Public Works Commissioner for the city of Madison.  He has served as state president of the South Dakota Junior Chamber of Commerce and is a past Vice President of the Madison Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers with a local Boy Scout troop as an Assistant Scoutmaster.

Lisa Robson

Division Development Director
CommissionSoup

Lisa joined Bulldog Media Group, Inc. in 2005 as a Client Services Associate for CommissionSoup. She was promoted to Quality Control Manager in December 2006 and again to Division Development Director of CommissionSoup in March 2008 where she oversees all aspects of the affiliate network. She works directly with merchants to provide quality products to our affiliates. Her team is also responsible for ensuring affiliate web sites meet CommissionSoup’s marketing standards as well as those of our merchants.

Lisa graduated from Dakota State University in Madison, SD with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She spends her free time attending her children’s activities and enjoys time with friends and family.

Mike Waldner

Division Development Director
RewardsRunner™

Mike joined Bulldog Media Group, Inc. in April 2008 to provide direction for The RewardsRunner Network™. division. Prior to joining Bulldog Media Group, Mike worked in the technology sector for the past 20 years. Mike graduated from Dakota State University in Madison, SD with a double major in Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Business Administration, later he continued his education and received his Master of Science in Information Systems. Mike is a “work and workout-aholic.” When he’s not checking his blackberry, his other passions include running road races, competing in triathlons, or riding his bike in support of some charity or worthwhile cause. Mike volunteers time with various community boards and committees. When he does put the blackberry down and is away from the office and airports, he cherishes time with his family and their many activities.

Joel Molascon

Web Production Manager

Joel joined Bulldog Media Group, Inc. in April 2000. Joel has held various roles within the company including designer, programmer, database administrator, network administrator and project manager. Joel currently serves as Web Production Manager, overseeing the technology department of CommissionSoup. His team specializes in producing database-driven web applications with a focus on performance, usability, search engine optimization and web standards compliance.

Joel graduated from Dakota State University in Madison, SD with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Joel serves on the Leadership Council at West Center Baptist Church and the Junior Achievement of Madison Board of Directors.
